1. Create form information by entering tooth type, option, and notes, and then click Save & Scan.
2. Complete the scan strategy setting, and click Confirm.
- Scan model type > Flexible
- Flexible multi-die > Scanbody > Enough
- Align scan data > Base
3. Insert the model, in which all scanbodies are plaed, to the scanner. Adjust the scan depth, and start scan.
4. The scan is complete.
- Check whether all scan images are acquired for necessary areas. If not, perform additional scan.
5. Referring to teeth numbers appearing on the screen, mark all teeth on the scan data, and click Confirm.
6. Insert the scanbodies and the base model in which the gingiva is placed to the scanner. Adjust the scan depth, and start scan.
- Place the base model and scanbodies (single dies) inside the guide circle drawn on the flexible multi-die.
7. The scan is complete.
- Check whether all scan images are acquired for necessary areas. If not, perform additional scan.
8. Referring to teeth numbers that appearing on the screen, mark all teeth on the scan data, and click Confirm.
9. The alignment is complete.
10. Align the scanbodies and the base model by manual.
- 1 point or 3 points can be used for alignment.
- Mark alignment points on both data respectively.
11. Align the gingiva model and the scanbody-placed base model by manual.
- 1 point or 3 points can be used for alignment.
- Mark alignment points on both data respectively.
12. Select the scanbody areas and remove the rest by using the editing tools.
13. Click Next to begin the merging process.
14. Check the merged scan data, and click Exit to save and complete the case.
