There are different labels for cases in the Case Box, which indicate the scan status of a case.
- Click the information button on the top right to check the meaning of each case status label.
 Scanned: Scan is complete, but post-processing needs to be performed. The following sub-status indicates the progress of the post-processing process.
- Processing: The system is performing the post-processing of the scanned data. The post-processing process is handled in the background via the task manager, allowing you to proceed with the next scan process. You will not be able to process an order at this stage, but you can perform a Rescan. In this case, post-processing will stop and you can begin a New Scan.
- Waiting: The system is waiting to perform post-processing of the scanned data.
- Processing Failed: The post-processing failed. You may either rescan or start another scan via New Scan.
 Scanned: The post-processing has been successfully completed and you will be able to check the scan data. You may proceed to place an order.
 Ordered: The Ordered status refers to an order being completed.
 Completed: The product has been successfully delivered and the case is now complete.
