In most cases, maxilla and mandible scan data will be automatically aligned to the occlusion scan data of the buccal side. However, in cases where the occlusion data is not good enough due to a deep bite or the lack of unique features of the buccal surface, automatic alignment may be unsuccessful. In this case, you will be able to complete the alignment process by using the Manual Alignment function.
 How to use
1. Go to the Tools section and click Manual Alignment.
2. Mark a point on the maxilla or the mandible and mark the same spot on the occlusion scan data which appears in grey to align them based on the points you have marked.
3. Scan data has been aligned.
