A: The technique is referred to as "mmWave next-generation communication technology." In comparison to Wifi, this technology provides increased security and communication speed and is resistant to interference from other electronic waves.

Q: What's the best spot for the wireless hub?

A: The wireless hub should be oriented in the receiving direction because the i700 wireless connection has very strong straightness.

Q: What is the maximum distance between the scanner and the wireless hub that can be communicated?

A: The maximum distance between the scanner and the hub is 5 meters, but this distance may vary depending on the scanning environment. If a wall, glass, or human body comes between the i700 wireless and the wireless hub, the connection may be affected. However, a person passing between those points has little effect on the connection.

Q: How should the i700 wireless scanner be held?

A: The transmitter(antenna) is located at the bottom region of the scanner handpiece. You must hold the scanner in such a way that it does not obscure the transmitter area. It is recommended that you use the accessory handle, and if you do not, we recommend holding the scanner in a penholder grip.

Q: Is it possible to connect to the hub or the scanner with a device other than the original pair unit?

A: Medit Scan for Clinics displays a guiding message to alert the user if the wireless connection is lost while scanning due to a power outage or certain things interfering with the scanner and the wireless hub. Despite the fact that the wireless connection fails during scanning, the scan data that has already been gathered does not vanish. In this situation, after changing the battery or removing the object that is interfering with the connection, you can scan from the prior work.
