Why are scan data for abutments continually deleted during scanning?

Answer

If the abutment is separated from the gum, the Global Soft Tissue Filtering function is applied to delete the abutment because it has been identified as soft tissue. Disable Settings > Global Soft Tissue Filtering and additionally scan the abutment.
