Calibration does not work in the Calibration wizard app.
1. Relaunch the Calibration wizard app after reinstalling the Medit Link app to retry the calibration.
2. Try using a different calibration too if you have spare equipment.
3. Run a calibration in the Medit Scan for Clinics program.
- If you successfully calibrated your scanner using the Medit Scan for Clinics program, check to see if your scanner's scanner tip recognition sensor is operational.
